There is no title of any organization for this domain because I registered it just for personal hobby. I'm from China, no English credential, and unable to provide photos. And I have contacted customer service and provided a complete and correct account registration information for 5 times. However, I still cannot retrieve my password. If you NS can't unlock my account and recover the password , I have to give up this domain and re-register it on GD instead. As you know , my account will be expired very soon. If you still cannot solve this issue after you received this email, I will not contact you to retrieve the password any more.

If you NS（company name, needn't translate） can't unlock my account and recover the password , I have to give up this domain and re-register it on GD (another company name, needn't translate) instead.

My domain is merely a product of personal interest and not associated with any organization. I am Chinese who doesn't own any English credential and prefer not to provide photos for certification purpose. I did submit the complete registration profile for each of the past five times of contacting customer service. It is not a pleasant experience considering that despite of correct profile submission and multiple attempts to communicate, i still cannot retrieve my password. Should NS won't unlock my account and recover password, I can only leave and switch to GD. Not much hassle since the domain will expire soon. This is my last attempt to seek for a solution.

我只是想说一下，如果他不给你账号密码你想转到GD也是不可能的。现在最好的方法是投诉，但是现在投诉也不太好用了，不像以前一投诉一个准了。。。

Should NS fail to unlock my account and recover my password, I reserve the right to opt out of your service and to switch to GD, which would be of little concern to me since the domain(s) under my account expire(s) soon. This is my last attempt to get matters settled.
