Responsibilities
Lead the company’s technical direction and system architecture to build scalable, stable, and secure systems;
Manage and inspire the technical team, including frontend, backend, DevOps, and blockchain engineers;
Serve as a technical representative in collaborations with project and ecosystem partners, ensuring delivery quality and efficiency;
Keep up with the latest blockchain technology trends and promote exploration and adoption of cutting-edge technologies;
Work closely with the Founder to shape overall strategy and product roadmap.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical leadership/project lead role within the Web3 space;
Strong blockchain/Web3 background, with expertise in smart contracts, off-chain infrastructure, and Layer 1 / Layer 2 technologies preferred;
Proficient in at least two of the following: Rust, Solidity, Go, TypeScript;
Excellent team management and cross-functional communication skills; ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced environment;
Fluent in English, and able to work effectively in an international environment.
Bonus Points
Proven track record of leading Web3 products from 0 to 1;
Entrepreneurial experience or having served as a core technical leader in a startup
