Project description/-goal:
The project covers the development and configuration of ServiceNow tool based on the business needs coming from CX CloudOps LoB.
The goal of the project is to:
o onboard CX CloudOps with SAP golden standards and harmonized tools and processes.
o customize the ITSM and ITOM processes and tools, to fulfill the business requirements for CX CloudOps LoB
o design, develop, and maintain automation solutions, to reduce manual effort, errors and response time during all kind of workflow and processes
Scope of Task - The external contractor takes on the following tasks within the project, which are carried out independently:
Develop and configure ServiceNow for various ITSM and ITOM modules.
Design and execute test cases to guarantee quality of delivery.
Develop and maintain documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, .
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, optimizing performance and scalability.
Requirement
Several years of product development experience.
Proven programming skills, experience with coding and scripting
Experience with Agile framework and methodology.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Fluency in English.
Knowledge or Experience of ServiceNow development is a plus.
Certified ServiceNow Administrator is a plus.
