我一直都是付费用户，之前 tab 提示是可以用的，最近 2 周不能用了。
这个 tab 智能提示功能，在一整天的时间里，可能会出现一两次（因此这个功能是打开的），平时基本上没有任何提示。
Chat 和 Composer 功能可以正常使用，但经常出现网络连接不通，需要多次尝试才行。
开的是全局代理。
请问这种情况可能是什么原因呢？
