前两天接了一个外企的电话面试，今天收到被谢绝的邮件，麻烦大家帮忙分析分析啥情况

是用英文面试的，回的比较结巴，口语不太好。。其中聊了一下工作经验，也问了我点问题，我觉得都答上来了，也不是很难。毕竟口语不好，太难我也说不清楚大概。今天受到邮件，内容一段如下：
Unfortunately, after careful consideration we will not be moving forward with your application at this time. We were impressed with your skills and knowledge, but we believe that the roles we are hiring right now are a little too junior for you.

一般对方回这个是什么意思呢？是客观的说法还是委婉的说法，我要求提的太高了？
有什么回邮件的建议吗？事实上我还对这家公司蛮有兴趣的，可以降低要求。
