预算 4k,下沙租不到好房？

    突然感觉下沙的租房市场是独立的，4k 在下沙租不到稍微过的去的两室一厅，这边老房子好多，户型都好奇怪

    三年前读书的时候租的杭师范后面那块的宋都，3500 三室一厅，现在这么贵了嘛？

    @icloudguizhou 忘记说了，我看的是文海南路，云水站那边的，两室。和你发的这个 位置，大小都没有可比性。。。。

    在哪儿上班呢？ 如果是在市区上班，可以看看翁梅地铁站附近的租房(到市区比下沙方便吧感觉，到客运中心只需要 3 站)，现在市场下行，4000 都可以租个 90 平左右的精装三室两卫了。

    利益相关：如果不是在卖房，就请 OP 考虑我的房子了

    @icloudguizhou #2 地理位置不同啊，我说的地方就是在下沙，杭师范后面。那时候周边的价格都差不多，就和几个朋友搬出去住了。

    之前在新元金沙家园租房子、认识个本地房东、手里面资源多、关键是没有中介费、op 需要吗
