软间隔(soft-margin):机器学习中(常见于支持向量机 SVM)的一种设定,允许少量样本不完全满足“被正确分类且与分隔超平面保持足够距离”的严格要求,通过引入“松弛变量”和惩罚项,在更宽的间隔更少的分类错误之间做权衡。(与之相对的是 hard-margin“硬间隔”,通常要求完全可分。)
