PEP carboxylase(磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶)是一种催化“磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸(PEP)+ 二氧化碳(通常以碳酸氢根 HCO形式)→ 草酰乙酸(OAA)”反应的酶。它在植物的 C 与 CAM 光合作用中负责初始固碳,也参与部分微生物与植物的碳代谢补偿反应(补充三羧酸循环中间体)。
