很多人分不清节假日、休息日、工作日的，正常情况节假日（春节、五一这种国家规定的假日）加班 3 倍工资，休息日（周六周日）加班 2 倍工资。所以只要上了工作日的班其实公司就应该发全部的工资。

现在疫情原因，国家又加了 3 天假期（ 1.31-2.2 ），所以 1.31-2.2 不上班是有工资的；很多地方(zf)又规定了 2.9 号前非特殊公司不得复工，所以这部分就比较模糊，2.3-2.9 是属于假期还是休息日还是工作日？首先肯定不是假期，因为假期是国家规定的，而上海明确规定了此期间是休息日，公司上班需要付双倍工资，其他地方(zf)怎么说的呢？是属于休息日还是工作日可以远程，那就需要看通知说明或者问地方(zf)了。

不管是属于休息日还是工作日，很多公司也都要求了远程办公，包括大部分的上海公司，我想工资一般也不会双倍了，但是现在是全国困难的时期，你怎么说呢？

不管 KMOffsetCache-ubuntu18 怎么来的，我的意思是你的两个程序可能都使用的空 groupID，我搜了下，groupID 只是一个 label 标识，默认为空，也就是可以为空

那 group 有可能是空的，KMOffsetCache-ubuntu18 可能是命令行测试生成的

没有指定 group，那 group 可能是随机的，去 zookeeper 里可以看到有哪些 comsumer group

IPVS 中没有规则了说明两台服务的健康都有问题，Keepalived 去掉了不健康的服务后端（ Keepalived 我不太熟），所以导致了 IPVS 直接 reset connection。

DR 模式只做两层转发，先测试 LB 到 RS 通不通，然后 tcpdump 抓包看错误从哪返回的，Connection Refused 是端口未开启的错误。另 IPVS(LVS)没有健康检查做不了高可用。
