benchmarking（标杆管理/基准对标）：把自己的产品、流程或绩效指标与行业最佳实践或竞争对手进行系统比较，找出差距并改进，以提升效率、质量或竞争力。（在商业管理与运营改进语境中最常见；在工程/计算机中也可指“基准测试”。）
